These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the uefa888 platform, including all betting, gaming, financial, and support services available at uefa888.one. By registering an account or using any part of the uefa888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms set out below.

Each individual may hold only one active uefa888 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture in accordance with anti-fraud provisions.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant regulatory body as specified in Section 15 below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the uefa888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. uefa888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. uefa888 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legally accessible in all territories. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law use the Platform at their own legal risk and are advised to seek independent legal advice.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination.
2.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the uefa888 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. In cases where duplicate accounts are identified, uefa888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate Accounts and to void any Bets or Bonus Funds associated with them.
Important: Registration and use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21 is a serious violation of these Terms. In addition to immediate Account closure, such cases may be reported to relevant child protection and regulatory authorities.
3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uefa888 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally carried out that activity.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify uefa888 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. uefa888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 Account Verification. uefa888 operates a KYC programme. All Accounts are subject to identity verification at the withdrawal stage at minimum, and may be subject to verification at registration or at any point during the Account's active life. Required documents typically include a government-issued national identification card or passport, and may include proof of address and source of funds for higher-value transactions.
3.4 Self-Exclusion and Account Controls. Users may at any time request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period), impose personal deposit and loss limits, or apply for permanent self-exclusion via the Account settings dashboard. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible and will result in the closure of your Account. Remaining real-money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uefa888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is displayed within the Platform's cashier section.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited to a User's Account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank FPX transfers are subject to interbank processing times, which are generally within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits and that are registered in the Account holder's own verified name. uefa888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section and are subject to tier adjustments under the VIP programme.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Verified Account withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended where additional documentation is required as part of the KYC process or where transactions are flagged for compliance review. uefa888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
4.5 Currency. All Funds held in uefa888 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged by the Platform on MYR transactions. Users using cryptocurrency payment methods acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations between MYR and the relevant cryptocurrency are the User's own risk.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and VIP rewards offered by uefa888 are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games or sports markets, time limits for wagering, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are disclosed on the relevant promotion page at the time of opt-in.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the Bonus Funds (and, in some cases, the associated deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become withdrawable as real money. Specific wagering multiples are stated on each promotion page.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. uefa888 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably believes that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk bet hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
5.4 Promotion Changes. uefa888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where such modification would materially and adversely affect Users who have already opted in and have an active Bonus balance subject to wagering requirements. In such cases, existing terms are honoured for the applicable promotion period.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. uefa888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: Bets placed after an event has started where in-play betting was not available, Bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred, and Bets that exceed the applicable maximum stake for the relevant market.
6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. In the event that uefa888 accepts a Bet where odds were published in error — including typographical errors, technical system errors, or odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices — the Platform reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account.
6.3 Live Casino. All live dealer games operated through the uefa888 Casino lobby are subject to studio-specific rules disclosed within each game interface. Results determined by the studio dealer or game mechanism are final. Technical disconnections during a live casino round do not void a completed game result; uefa888's system records the final game outcome independently of the User's connection status.
6.4 Slot and RNG Games. All RNG-based slot and table game results are generated by certified random number generation systems. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are disclosed on individual game information pages. All RNG systems are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uefa888 Platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without the prior written consent of uefa888 is strictly prohibited.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of User personal data by uefa888 is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. uefa888 does not sell User personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or with licensed service providers operating under contractual data protection obligations. uefa888 is committed to responsible gaming and provides Users with a suite of tools to maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Users who have applied for self-exclusion are prohibited from attempting to re-register on the Platform during the exclusion period. uefa888 implements technical controls to detect and prevent such re-registration where possible, but ultimate responsibility for honouring a self-exclusion commitment rests with the individual User.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uefa888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a User's use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses. uefa888's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uefa888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results (subject to the correction provisions in Section 6), or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
uefa888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Platform reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) regulatory or legal obligations require Account restriction or closure; or (d) a User has voluntarily requested Account closure under responsible gaming provisions. In cases of Account closure due to User breach, any Funds remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where the breach is established.
uefa888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, uefa888 will provide reasonable notice to Users via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your Account and withdraw any remaining real-money Funds prior to the effective date.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or regulatory body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement.
15.1 Internal Dispute Resolution. Any dispute or complaint arising from use of the uefa888 Platform should be submitted in the first instance to the Platform's customer support team via live chat or email. uefa888 is committed to resolving all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by uefa888's licensing authority.
15.2 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which uefa888 holds its international gaming authority licence. Users agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any dispute that cannot be resolved through the alternative dispute resolution process.
15.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if applicable), the English version shall prevail.
